NZ Marine Animal Bookmarks

This is a set of bookmarks made from NZ native wood (not artificial veneer board). The Hector's dolphin and the Blue Penguins are both endemic marine animals of New Zealand. The Orca and the Royal Albatross are both commonly liked animals found in New Zealand. We use natural New Zealand paua shells along with white and other colored seashells to create collages of the shapes of these marine animals. The bookmarks are attached to a cord with a natural paua shell fragment of random shape at one end.

New Zealand is a nation surrounded by the ocean. This set of bookmarks beautifully showcases the natural environment of New Zealand using local materials.
